MILLING
Cutting edge manufacturing, up to date machines and highly motivated and experienced production staff guarantee products at the highest level of quality. To maintain and to strengthen this level we constantly invest in our up to date machines.
Our milling department is equipped with the latest CNC milling and machining centers of up to 5 axes which allow any milling operation possible.
We develop and manufacture our own tooling and therefore securing our OEM customers their economical needs and quality of their products.
GRINDING
Our focus since MAHE´s inception was the manufacture of surgical instruments and implants for orthopaedic applications.
Meeting the ever changing requirements of costumers, we developed an infrastructure consisting of modern machines, skilled personal and integrated processes. MAHE´s unparalleled ability as an OEM manufacturer allows us to fulfil customer specifications over and over again.
Our CNC grinding centers with up to 6 axes used in our grinding department are designed for high performance and
precise machining.
Fulfilling special requirements such as flute angle, twist angle, ground surface, different shapes and much more, are our
daily routine.
TURNING
Our turning department is equipped with CNC sliding lathes of up to 11 axes offering the latest toggle and gun drilling technology. We also have short turning machines with double spindles, thread cutting machines and secondary supporting powered tools.
ASSEMBLY, MARKING, INSPECTION
Clearly defined assembly procedures as well as product specific assembly equipment ensure constant quality at the
highest level.
Certification to ISO 13485:2003 / ISO 9001:2000 and FDA conformity show our commitment to quality.
Extremely tight production parameters through out all manufacturing processes provide us with a decisive competitive edge and secures long lasting partnerships. Electro-chemical etching as well as laser marking are done in-house.
In-process and final inspections are performed by using from conventional measuring tools to recorded 3D measuring techniques. Hardness tests are also part of our in-house inspections.
TRAUMA, SPINAL, DENTAL
Our complex OEM parts are used mainly for the following applications: Trauma, Spine, and Dental.
Thanks to our broad experience in the production of both, finished goods and components, we offer our OEM customers a one stop instrument source starting with product development and ending with final inspection.
QUALITY MANAGEMENT
Not only do we check for quality, we produce it. Step by step, and at each production stage. Quality is anchored in the minds of all our employees. Critical controlling hands, schooled, experienced eyes and a multitude of inspection areas help to document this quality. We are certified according to EN 46001, ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 for many years. In addition, our company also has approbation by the FDA.
Our Quality Management not only deals with the products we manufacture and their characteristics, it encompasses the entire business process. It spans from quoting, ordering, production, storage to shipment. All processes are optimised with a view to customer orientation and are subject to continuous improvements.
